Strange Fashion

There's a trick that seems to happen a lot when I look at clothes in the mall.  On one side the article of clothing looks like something I would love and then BAM  - I look at the other side and there is some strange logo, picture of saying. Case in point...what's up with the Cupie Doll head on the front?
